Engage directly with members to provide exceptional service and support. Take inbound calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a seamless banking experience. Assist members with account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan inquiries, while offering tailored financial solutions based on their needs. Navigate internal systems for accurate data entry and record maintenance, adhering to quality standards and compliance regulations. Identify opportunities to educate members about products and services and explain financial options clearly. Collaborate with colleagues to promote a cohesive team environment aligned with core values. Qualifications
Retail and/or Customer Service experience required. Bank and/or financial institution experience preferred, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to the financial services landscape. Effective communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency with software tools for managing customer inquiries and maintaining accurate records. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities to address member issues accurately. Customer-centric mindset that prioritizes members' needs and service excellence.
