We are hiring an Entry‑Level Marketing Coordinator to join our growing events team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in event marketing, brand promotions, or experiential advertising. You’ll play a key role in supporting live events, interacting with consumers, and helping execute campaigns in real‑world environments.
Key Event Marketing Duties
Participate in event setup, live execution, and post‑event breakdown for promotional campaigns and activations Assist with day‑of‑event activities including managing materials, supporting team members, and enhancing the guest experience Act as a brand representative, communicating key messaging to event attendees Monitor event flow and quickly address any on‑site challenges Travel to various event venues and maintain a flexible schedule based on campaign needs Gather attendee insights, feedback, and performance data during events Core Responsibilities
Contribute to the rollout of campaigns tied to live events and promotions Support development of project schedules, timelines, and budgets Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution Create client‑facing materials including presentations, summaries, and reports Perform industry and audience research to support event initiatives Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or similar field 0–2 years of experience in events, customer engagement, or promotions (internships applicable) Strong time management and organizational abilities Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑energy environments Open to travel and non‑traditional work hours based on event schedules Pay & Benefits
