We are seeking

outgoing, career-motivated individuals

to join our team as

Event Assistants . This is an exciting

entry‑level role with immediate openings

and a clear path for advancement. Our goal is to

train you in all aspects of event management , preparing you to eventually move into an

executive position overseeing events from start to finish .

Key Responsibilities As an Event Assistant, you will:

Design and maintain a

favorable public image for clients

Coordinate and execute

promotional activities and events

Leverage existing consumer relationships and

cultivate new business contacts

Collaborate with other departments to

promote brand recognition

Assist in the

selection of marketing and promotional materials

Contribute to

dynamic, high-energy event environments

Qualifications & Requirements We are looking for candidates who:

Are

fun, enthusiastic, and outgoing

Enjoy working

face‑to‑face with people

Have

experience in customer service, retail, sales, or marketing

(a plus, but not required)

Can work

at least 30 hours per week

Are able to

travel locally to events

Possess an

aggressive desire to learn and grow
