Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. This role works closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted campaigns and personized content strategies to drive customer engagement and experience, across digital review platforms, social media, email, and traditional channels Coordinate content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and promotional materials Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights Support event planning and coordination, including trade shows, webinars, and internal events Collaborate with designers, vendors, and external partners to produce marketing assets Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Help manage marketing budgets and track expenses

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role (internships may be considered) Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media management tools, analytics software) Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Knowledge of CRM systems

Work Environment

Office-based position May require occasional travel for events or meetings

Compensation Range

$35,600.00 - $71,200.00

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
