Job Description The Leasing Agent facilitates the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times. Coordinates move‑ins and move‑outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings.
What You’ll Do
Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours
Process rental applications and lease agreements
Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals
Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach
Represent Village Green at various outside networking & social functions
Problem‑solving skills
What We’re Looking For
Strong sales and customer service skills
Lease‑up experience
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required
Proficiency in property management software is a plus
Qualifications This is a fast‑paced professional environment where each day will be different. If you are comfortable working in a sales‑driven environment and are willing to go above and beyond to exceed our customer’s expectations, this could be the perfect role for you.
Our ideal Sales Associate has 1‑2 years of sales experience in a multi‑family environment, hospitality. Proficient in Microsoft Office is ideal. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. The ability to work weekends is necessary. An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred.
