Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-split systems Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Troubleshoot system performance issues and identify root causes Support installation projects when needed Educate homeowners on system performance, repair options, and maintenance best practices Maintain accurate digital service documentation and job notes Participate in an on-call rotation to support customer needs Uphold OSHA safety standards and company protocols on every job site Represent SmartHouse Heating & Cooling professionally in all customer interactions Qualifications
At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation and service experience with a licensed HVAC contractor. EPA Certification (Required) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Working knowledge of residential HVAC codes and best practices Valid driver's license with clean driving record Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Compensation & Benefits
