Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Sparkle Express is hiring friendly, energetic Customer Service Representatives who enjoy working with people and creating great experiences. If you're positive, confident, and comfortable talking to customers, this role is a great fit. No experience is required we provide paid training and support from day one. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly attitude. Guide guests through the car wash experience. Recommend wash packages and memberships based on customer needs. Maintain a positive, fast-paced service environment. Work as part of a supportive, team-oriented culture. Requirements:
Friendly, outgoing, and people-focused. Comfortable communicating and making recommendations. Reliable, professional, and motivated to learn. Customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required). Pay & Benefits:
$20/hour starting pay ($15/hr base + $5/hr guaranteed commission for first 90 days). Commission opportunities beyond 90 days. Opportunities for growth and leadership.
