Job Overview HILLS Properties is seeking a driven, adaptable Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant to join our team and support leasing operations at several of our luxury apartment communities in the Louisville Region.

This hourly, full‑time role provides weekday flexibility with some weekends required. It is ideal for individuals with excellent customer‑service skills and experience looking to advance their career.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Advocate the HILLS lifestyle by showcasing expertise in product and promotion.

Enhance our digital community by generating engagement and utilizing trends on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Maintain customer loyalty and brand reputation through consistent and professional communication.

Build and nurture a prospect pipeline through personalized communication.

Utilize various software platforms for resident relations and operations.

Create a stellar first impression through stunning product appearance; it’s all in the details.

Understand and take responsibility for applications, leases, and related processes.

Plan memorable experiences by curating and executing unique resident events.

Develop partnerships and cross‑promotion opportunities by collaborating with local businesses in the communities we serve.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in the customer service field, sales, or property management.

Great interpersonal skills, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor both in person and on the phone.

Good computer skills and ability to navigate software.

Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.

Strong attention to detail.

Salary: $18 – $21.50 per hour.
