Residential & Commercial to join our Field Operations team. This full-time, onsite position offers hands-on experience in both residential and commercial electrical projects. You'll work alongside experienced electricians, developing your technical skills while contributing to high-quality installations and service work. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations Measure, cut, and install conduit and wiring according to project specifications Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical layouts Use electrical meters and testing equipment under supervision Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Maintain job site cleanliness and organization Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Transport materials and tools to and from job sites as needed Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion Qualifications: 2+ years of electrical construction experience required High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to read a tape measure accurately Basic knowledge of electrical meters and power tools Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude Good driving record required Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments Reliable transportation to job sites Benefits: Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle Simple IRA Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Apprenticeship & Mentor Training Programs Career Development Opportunities Company Events Supportive Team Environment Focused on Growth Work-Life Balance Work Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday Typical daytime field hours; start times may vary by project Work Location: Onsite
