Provides customer-focused support by handling inbound and outbound phone calls from insureds and agents, responding to inquiries through a Billing Inbox, and assisting customers via online chat to ensure timely and accurate resolution of billing needs. Processes payments from policyholders and agents. Balances daily cash from various sources. Processes and oversees daily invoices and notices for mailing and analyzes payment discrepancies and account inquiries. Analyzes financial data and resolves discrepancies. About You
You have excellent customer service skills. You're analytical and like getting to the root of problems. You are well organized and can manage multiple responsibilities at the same time. You remain calm under pressure. You place an emphasis on creating customer loyalty. What it Will Take
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of related customer service, finance, accounting, or insurance experience. Excellent customer service skills. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge in Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to operate in a team environment. What Society Can Offer
