Events and Marketing Coordinator

will be responsible for marketing initiatives including but not limited to email campaigns, internal/external events, social media, MDF management.

Duties/Responsibilities

Research and plan internal and external events

Create on-brand marketing collateral in support of events (swag, flyers, social media assets, email marketing, etc.).

Pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to drive engagement and new partner inquiries.

Draft contributed content promoting GTS and partner community brand.

Leverage partners as content authors for GTS brand channels - social, blog, email, etc. in collaboration with Sales and Partnerships

Day-to-day management of MDF- including ongoing reporting, payouts tracking, and responses to correspondence.

Work cross-functionally with the partnerships and independent agent teams on marketing amplification tactics, including drip and nurture campaigns, webinar decks, marketing promotional materials, etc.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Savvy: You are a flexible marketer who is comfortable with a variety of digital tools and platforms, including WPengine, Salesforce, Social Media Platforms, etc. You appreciate a new challenge and are excited about rising to the task.

Thorough understanding of legal regulations and permits required for events.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field required in business.

At least one year experience

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time during events.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Must be able to work a variety of hours in order to accommodate events.
