Location: Phoenix, AZ (On‑site - Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year
Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our communications team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and maintaining a positive public image for our company by managing media relations, developing communication strategies, and supporting various public relations campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute press releases and other PR materials to media outlets.
Coordinate and maintain relationships with journalists, media contacts, and influencers.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and public responses to company initiatives.
Assist in organizing and promoting events such as press conferences and community outreach programs.
Support internal communication efforts and assist in the development of communication strategies.
Manage and update content on social media platforms to maintain engagement and brand presence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on storytelling.
Experience with media relations and knowledge of press release writing.
Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with content management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong research and analytical abilities to monitor media trends and coverage.
