Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, for a Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent will manage day-to-day leasing activities including showing properties to prospective residents, managing lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, executing lease administration tasks, conducting property tours, and assisting in maintaining occupancy rates. The role involves working closely with property management teams to ensure a positive experience for residents and prospective tenants.
Qualifications Proficiency in leases, lease administration, and residential leasing Experience in property management and understanding of the leasing process Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in relevant property management software and tools is a plus Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications in real estate or property management are a plus
