Forest Construction is looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman to lead crews on residential, commercial, and agricultural projects throughout Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in craftsmanship, and leads by example on the job site. You'll manage daily job site operations, guide your crew, work directly with customers, and help ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate construction crews on active job sites Coordinate daily work to keep projects moving safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints and job plans Communicate with customers and vendors on-site Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, and boom lifts (training provided if needed)Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed Manage workflow to reduce downtime and delays Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications

10+ years of construction experience (wood and metal framing) Strong knowledge of exterior metal panels and structural details Ability to lead a crew while working alongside them Valid driver's license Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to read and understand construction plans Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Equipment operation experience preferred (training available) Benefits
