Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00 Days: M-F Weekend rotation Roles & Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families about health conditions and care options. Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards of care. Compliance / Notes Background checks and drug screenings may be required. Adherence to dress code policies is mandatory.
