Specializing in windows, doors, hardware, and glass, this role involves building and managing relationships with homeowners, contractors, property managers, designers, and architects. Key Responsibilities Actively manage a diverse sales pipeline across multiple B2B and B2C client segments Identify and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person site visits Meet with homeowners, contractors, designers, property managers, and architects to understand project needs Conduct in-home/site consultations and present tailored solutions for windows, doors, glass, and hardware Prepare detailed quotes using software; collaborate with the inside sales and installation teams Follow up on leads and quotes promptly to close deals and build long-term relationships Maintain organized records in the CRM system and help the owner project future sales Participate in showroom events, trade networking, and product training sessions as needed Be a team player who collaborates across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success Qualifications 5+ years of experience in outside sales or related fields (window/door/glass/hardware industry preferred) Associate degree or equivalent experience required Passion for design, remodeling, and customer-facing sales Experience working with a wide variety of client types: residential, commercial, and design professionals Familiarity with sales CRMs and ability to maintain organized, data-driven pipelines Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to cold call and independently generate new business Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong follow-up, attention to detail, and accountability Benefits Hourly base pay + commission Performance-Based Bonuses Weekly Pay Cycle Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays) Dental Insurance Life & Disability Insurance Options Wellness Reimbursements & Stipends Retirement Savings Program Uniforms Provided Mileage Reimbursement Tech Package (smartphone or tablet) Personal Tool Replacement Program Career Growth & Mentor Training Opportunities Schedule MondayFriday Some weekend work may be required based on client needs Location Tashman Home Center West Hollywood, CA 90046 (Onsite and client-facing across Los Angeles and surrounding areas) Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
