Providing quality health interventions, personal cares, psychosocial health, and self-preservation assistance At Patience In Home Care PCA Services, our mission is to develop sanctuaries of care for our clients through both employee engagement and establishing a nurturing ethical environment. We patiently care for the loved ones entrusted in our care. Patience In Home Care provides home care nursing services for people with complex medical needs in the North Twin Cities Metro (Anoka County and surrounding areas). We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan. Job type: Monday-Friday - 9am - 4pm Overview: Providing 1:1 care in a loving home. Responsibilities: Provide health care services in patient's residence (including showering, dressing and toileting assistance) Assist client with daily exercises (will train) Transferring assistance Perform domestic and household tasks Assist with client's personal care activities Assist patient with laundry Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Skills and Requirements: Proficiency in English Caring and compassionate personality Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs. Helpful Skills: Proven working experience as Personal Care Assistant Health care administration skills Benefits: Flexible Schedule Competitive Pay 401k ESST - Sick & Safe Time - 1 hour accumulation every 30 hours (max 48/year, max accumulation 80 hours) Ask about Medical /Dental /Vision if interested; there can be a path!
