Shift Details: 07:00 AM - 07:00 AM Shifts Per Week: 1 Scheduled Hours: 36 Start Date: 04/27/2026 End Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 Week(s) Location: Gainesville, FL Cancellation Policy: Customer may cancel a Provider's assignment without cause at any time upon providing notice thereof. If Customer cancels a Provider's assignment extension less than fourteen (14) day prior to the scheduled commencement of such assignment extension by a fully credentialed Provider, Agency may invoice Customer for thirty-six (36) hours at the proposed assignment weekday bill rate, and to the extent substantiated by written documentation, for actual fees and charges that may result from cancellation of an Assignment, including but not limited to lost rents up to a maximum of one month, security deposits and airfare ("Costs"). After a Provider has begun working on an assignment extension, Customer may terminate the assignment without any penalty if a fourteen (14) day advance notice is provided to Agency. If less than a fourteen (14) day advance notice is given by Customer, then Customer will pay for the lesser of (i) the remainder on the assignment extension, or (ii) Agency may invoice Customer for one hundred forty-four (144) hours at the proposed assignment weekday bill rate.
