Data Entry Specialist
PAY: $17 Location: Onsite in Stuart, FL Job Description The Customer Data Management (CDM) Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, high-quality customer and contract information across all internal systems. This position is fully onsite at the Stuart, FL corporate office. The role involves reviewing, interpreting, and entering contract information, creating and updating customer accounts, validating data for accuracy, and ensuring consistency across multiple platforms. The CDM Specialist will manage a high daily workload, supporting over 100 locations and partnering closely with the CDM team, QA reviewers, and the CDM Manager. Responsibilities
Create, modify, and maintain customer accounts. Process contract information and customer setup changes. Review documents such as contracts, pricing sheets, and equipment transmittals. Manage case queues and complete daily data integrity updates. Work reports to ensure accuracy and correct system errors. Collaborate with QA reviewers and team members to achieve accuracy targets. Essential Skills
Proficient data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Strong typing speed and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous contract entering experience is a plus. Experience with JDE, customer service, and communication skills are desirable. High School Diploma required; Associate's preferred. Two years of related work experience. Strong organizational skills and a customer service mindset. Ability to multitask and manage several screens/systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ownership mentality and strong work ethic. Work Environment This is an onsite role at the Stuart, FL corporate office, in an air-conditioned, office-based environment. The team operates in a high-volume, metrics-driven setting with a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Training schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, transitioning to 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM post-training. The team consists of seven full-strength members, including four data entry specialists, one reviewer/assigner, and two QA specialists. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
