Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Days: Mon - Fri Guaranteed Hours: 40 Contract Weeks: 13 Assist patients with rehabilitative exercises and therapies. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required. Document patient care and progress accurately. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient status. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and treatment plans.
