Position will work outdoor pools in summer, working between 8:00 a.m. thru 6:00 p.m. and on weekends/holidays. Serves as a lifeguard for indoor and outdoor pools and works under the direction of the Installation Aquatics Program Manager. Provides maximum pool area surveillance and responds to emergencies; rescues pool patrons and administers first aid as required. Employs safety rules for the protection of the pool guests. Responsible for lifeguarding guests in attendance at the assigned aquatics facility. Assists in maintaining pool, and area clean and free from any hazards. Requirements

A one-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
