Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, improve, and support their Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will ensure the system runs smoothly, stays accurate, and meets business needs across the organization. This Salesforce Administrator role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping users in different departments. The Salesforce Administrator will be the main contact for system setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.

Key Responsibilities The Salesforce Administrator will manage all core system administration tasks including user setup, role assignments, profile management, and permission updates. The Salesforce Administrator will build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automated workflows using Salesforce Flow. The Salesforce Administrator will maintain data integrity by conducting routine audits, performing deduplication, and enforcing data governance standards. The Salesforce Administrator will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support leadership decision-making and operational visibility. The Salesforce Administrator will troubleshoot system issues, resolve user access concerns, and ensure platform stability and performance. The Salesforce Administrator will support integration efforts between Salesforce and external applications as needed. The Salesforce Administrator will assist in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and system optimization. The Salesforce Administrator will provide end-user training, create documentation, and deliver ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption. The Salesforce Administrator will stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and new features to recommend enhancements to the organization. Qualifications

Required

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM administration role. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data management, reporting, and security settings. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder and standard declarative tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred. Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning components, APIs, or integration tools is a plus. Background supporting sales, service, or marketing teams within a CRM environment is beneficial. Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience. Minimum of 2+ years of direct Salesforce Administrator experience or comparable CRM administration experience.
