Brand Manager – Spirits We’re on the hunt for a driven, commercially sharp Brand Manager to take full 360 ownership of an exciting portfolio of owned and third‑party spirits brands including Asuki, Take Tequila, Shanky’s Whip, Teichenné and our range of shot brands. This is a role for someone who knows their Margaritas from their Mezcal, thrives in the on‑trade, and is ready to make serious impact. You’ll be at the heart of the action shaping brand strategy, driving distribution, activating in‑market and building strong relationships with brand owners and internal teams. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll lead the planning, delivery and performance of your portfolio, owning everything from big‑picture strategy to hands‑on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Own the 360° brand management of a dynamic spirits portfolio, delivering standout brand plans and campaigns.

Lead brand planning: building, maintaining and tracking plans to drive commercial growth.

Be the go‑to expert and first point of contact for all things related to your brands.

Build and manage strong relationships with third‑party brand owners.

Work closely with customer marketing and sales teams to drive distribution and best‑in‑class activation across all channels.

Collaborate with the Digital & Content team to deliver fully integrated campaigns across the marketing mix.

Drive, analyse and report on business performance with clear actions to unlock growth.

Own monthly reporting and quarterly reviews, tracking performance vs plan.

Manage budgets, PO trackers and project plans with precision.

Deliver against key KPIs including Volume, Value, Distribution, ROS and consumer metrics.

The Person

3+ years brand management experience within Drinks.

Experience managing third‑party brands and external stakeholders.

A genuine passion for the on‑trade and drinks culture.

A proactive self‑starter who thrives on solving problems and making things happen.

Commercially minded and highly numerate, with the ability to turn data into compelling insight.

Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery.

Confident, energetic and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Highly organised with strong project management skills.

A creative thinker who isn’t afraid to challenge the norm and push boundaries.

Driven by results, deadlines and delivering impact.
