We are seeking a full-time Construction Estimator to join our team on-site at our Nashua, NH location. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing comprehensive cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and preparing accurate budgets. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, responding to client inquiries, and helping ensure financial efficiency throughout all project phases. Qualifications Proficient in metal stud framing and drywall estimating • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a construction estimator (required) • Proven ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates • Strong understanding of metal stud framing systems, drywall assemblies, and related scopes of work • Experience with OnCenter software (preferred, but not required) • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, xywuqvp specifications, and construction documents • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in estimates • Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines • Strong organizational and time management skills • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
