Finish Carpenter
Join a dynamic team as a Finish Carpenter in a leading construction company known for its skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail. As part of the trim department, you will work alongside over 25 crews of industry-leading craftsmen to complete projects throughout Minnesota. You will begin with training to master the art of cutting, measuring, and installing various components. Your role will encompass tasks such as installing trim, baseboards, casings, door frames, railings, crown molds, and other finish carpentry tasks. Responsibilities
Perform finish carpentry tasks including trim, baseboards, casings, door frames, railings, and crown molds. Properly cut, measure, and install carpentry materials. Work on one unit for a few days before transitioning to the next project. Collaborate effectively within a team of 4-5 members on new commercial construction projects. Transport materials from vehicles to units and spend most of the day working indoors. Adapt to various weather conditions by staying hydrated in heat and bundled up in cold. Essential Skills
Minimum of 6 months experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, or outdoor work. Experience working in a physical environment, including tasks requiring work on hands and knees. Ability to routinely lift 75lbs. Proficiency in carpentry tools and techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work in a construction environment with teams of about 5 people, primarily indoors on commercial properties. The position operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a typical day lasting until 4:30 pm. Employees will undergo a three-day training session in Montrose, MN, and are expected to bring necessary hydration in hot weather and appropriate clothing in cold weather. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montrose, MN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
