Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser at our Colorado Springs, CO location. The Visual Merchandiser will play a key role in creating visually appealing and engaging store displays, including window displays, to enhance product presentation and support the brand’s ethos. Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise layout to company standards, collaborating with store teams to optimize customer experience, and ensuring consistent execution of visual strategies that align with seasonal trends and company goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with team members and deliver engaging customer experiences Retail and Sales experience to drive store performance and understand consumer needs Creative expertise in Window Displays and visual storytelling to create compelling in-store experiences Attention to detail and the ability to execute brand guidelines with precision Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Passion for fashion, lifestyle trends, and community engagement High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in visual merchandising, design, or a related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
