Responsibilities: Assist the Center Director in daily operations and ensure compliance with state regulations. Support curriculum development and implementation to enhance children's learning experiences. Lead staff training and development initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Engage with parents and families to build strong relationships and community connections. Oversee classroom activities and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all children. Monitor and assess the quality of educational programs and make improvements as needed. Manage enrollment processes and maintain accurate records for students and staff. Assist in marketing efforts to promote the center and attract new families. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare or educational setting. Strong leadership skills with a passion for early childhood development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of state licensing requirements and regulations. CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain. Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the center. Positive attitude and a commitment to creating a supportive learning environment.
