Role Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. This is a hands-on role focused on budget management, campaign execution, and performance improvement—not organic social or content marketing. You will work across multiple client accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search and social platforms, ensuring budgets are allocated effectively to maximize performance and ROI.
Performance Analysis
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive improvements through testing, optimization, and strategic adjustments.
A/B Testing & Experimentation
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
Client Engagement
Communicate directly with clients, providing clear updates, insights, and recommendations to support their growth objectives.
Cross-Channel Strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
Reporting & Insights
Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports, translating campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Work regularly with campaign data to support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
Creative & Messaging Input
Provide recommendations on ad creative and copy based on historical performance and audience insights.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Support and guide junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Required Qualifications
Paid Media Experience
1–2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
Performance Marketing Focus
Demonstrated experience optimizing campaigns for conversions, revenue, or return on ad spend.
Analytical Skills
Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions to improve campaign outcomes.
Technical Proficiency
Working knowledge of Excel, including functions such as pivot tables, lookups, and basic data analysis.
Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations.
Business Acumen
Understanding of core business and marketing principles, with the ability to align campaigns to client goals.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
