Part-Time Graphic Designer

Quantile Health is a New York-based, seed-stage AI startup on a mission to expand patient access to life-changing medicines while reducing commercial costs for drug innovators.

We're seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to create clean, impactful designs for sales materials and web assets. You'll work closely with the product and business team in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, delivering high-quality work with quick turnarounds. This is project-based, hourly work.

Responsibilities:

• Design brochures, google slides, and website assets
• Maintain brand consistency across print and digital
• Collaborate with non-design stakeholders (founders, engineers, data scientists) to translate concepts into clear visuals
• Adapt quickly to feedback and fast-changing needs

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio in graphic design (print + digital)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma/Sketch a plus
• Experience in early-stage startups with fast turnarounds
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Part-time, project-based availability

Our Interview Process:

• If selected, we'll share the project scope and examples of our work via email
• Send us a simple one-page proposal outlining your design approach, estimated hours, and hourly rate. No need for anything polished-a basic docx is fine
• We'll invite shortlisted candidates to a 20-minute Zoom call to discuss the proposal.
• After the call, we'll make our final decision.

Compensation: $45 per hour (billed hourly)
