The company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead all brand, digital, and field marketing initiatives across multiple markets. This leader will oversee a small, high-performing team and work directly with executive leadership to build strategy, scale customer acquisition, and drive measurable growth across every marketing channel.

Responsibilities Lead a team spanning digital, brand, event, and field marketing
Develop and execute multi-channel B2C strategies across paid, organic, and local channels
Oversee digital advertising (Google, Facebook, programmatic) and organic social engagement
Direct community activations such as city partnerships, local events, and on-the-ground marketing
Manage print, direct mail, and field materials for consistent brand representation
Research regional market data to localize messaging and track adoption
Drive marketing analytics and KPI ownership, translating data into actionable insights
Support new market launches and integration of acquired companies
Qualifications 10+ years in B2C marketing leadership (telecom, utilities, or consumer services preferred)
Proven success across paid digital, social, event, and direct marketing
Highly analytical and metrics-driven—comfortable digging into KPI trends
Strategic and hands-on, with curiosity to test new tools and platforms
Experienced in growth-stage or acquisition-heavy environments
Empathetic, collaborative leader who aligns with both field and executive teams
Remote role, with preference for candidates near key markets: Denver, CO • Bend, OR • Eureka, CA • Midland/Lubbock, TX • Uvalde, TX Competitive and commensurate with experience, including base salary, benefits, and performance incentives.
This is a top-priority hire with a streamlined process including leadership and executive interviews. Target start date: Before year-end.
