Proof Publicity is seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist / Manager to lead social media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. This role is focused on optimization and growth, not just content output.You will own social media performance for 5–7 brands at a time, including Proof's own channels, developing and executing strategies that drive reach, engagement, and follower growth across key platforms.Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Remote)Reports to: Senior PR Manager/CEOWhat You'll DoOwn social media strategy and execution for 5–7 client accounts across varied industriesDevelop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTokCreate and continuously adapt content calendars based on performance, trends, and growth goalsPlan, direct, capture, edit, and optimize short-form video content designed to drive discovery and engagementWrite clear, compelling, on-brand captions and copy tailored to each platformIdentify, test, and apply social media trends that support account growth (not trend chasing for its own sake)Manage scheduling, publishing, and reporting using Sprout SocialDesign social graphics, covers, and supporting assets using CanvaCollaborate with the PR team to align social content with earned media, launches, and campaignsAnalyze performance, share insights, and adjust strategy to improve resultsWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent month-over-month growth in reach, engagement, and followersRepeatable content formats and themes that clearly outperform othersVideo content that drives discovery beyond existing audiencesStrategic recommendations backed by data, testing, and resultsRequired Experience & SkillsMinimum of 3 years of proven social media management experienceDemonstrated success growing social media accounts with clear, measurable resultsExperience managing social media for brands across different industriesStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok algorithms and best practicesComfortable managing and editing video content for social platformsExcellent writing skills for social captions and short-form contentDeep interest in staying ahead of platform changes, trends, and algorithm updatesHighly organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyProficiency in Sprout Social and CanvaBonus (Nice to Have)Experience with paid social, boosting, or amplification strategiesFamiliarity with additional platforms such as Pinterest, Reddit, or XAgency experience managing multiple client brands at onceHow to ApplyPlease include 2–3 examples of social media accounts you've managed, including:Platform(s)Starting vs. current follower count and other key growth stats like engagement, link clicks, etc.TimeframeOverview of client/campaign and challengesWhat strategies or content drove the growthWhat role you played in the success of the campaignApplications without growth examples will not be considered.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesPublic Relations and Communications ServicesJ-18808-Ljbffr
