The Role
We are seeking a Men’s Print & Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the visual language of the men’s business across graphics, prints, and seasonal storytelling bringing depth, originality, and cultural relevance to the product.

This is a highly creative role that requires both conceptual thinking and executional precision , with a strong understanding of how graphics and prints live across a modern, elevated wardrobe.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Development

Concept and design original graphics and print across all apparel and accessories categories

Translate seasonal themes and brand direction into distinct, ownable visual stories

Develop vintage-inspired, art-driven, and typography-led graphics aligned with the rag & bone aesthetic

Partner closely with the Head of Men’s Design to evolve the graphic identity of the brand

Execution & Product Integration

Create production-ready artwork, including repeat prints, placements, and color separations

Ensure all graphics are developed with a strong understanding of fabric, wash, and garment construction

Collaborate with technical design and production teams to maintain quality and integrity from concept to final product

Research & Inspiration

Conduct ongoing research into vintage references, art, music, culture, and archival materials

Bring forward fresh ideas that feel authentic, not trend-driven

Contribute to seasonal concept boards and creative presentations

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and commercial relevance

Support storytelling needs across campaign, e‑commerce, and retail moments where applicable

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in men’s graphic or print design , preferably within the menswear space

Strong portfolio demonstrating taste, originality, and range across graphics and prints

Deep understanding of typography, layout, and print techniques

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Experience working with overseas factories and production processes is a plus

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
