Role Description
We are seeking a Media Sales Consultant for a full-time hybrid role based in Owings Mills, MD, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. The Media Sales Consultant will be responsible for account management, generating new leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating advertising contracts. This role involves working closely with businesses to provide tailored advertising solutions that align with their goals while contributing to WCBM's growth and presence in the market.

Qualifications

Experience in Media Sales and Sales strategies

Strong skills in Account Management and Lead Generation

Proficiency in Negotiation and client relationship management

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work in a hybrid model

Experience in advertising, marketing, or the media industry is highly valued

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
