About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to support user acquisition (UA) efforts across a portfolio of mobile games. In this role, you will execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns while partnering with internal marketing teams and external agencies to maximize install growth and player engagement. The ideal candidate has strong experience in mobile gaming or app-based performance marketing, with expertise across major ad platforms and a deep understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO), data analysis, and creative testing. This role sits within a fast-paced, collaborative marketing organization where cross-functional alignment and analytical rigor are essential. Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute multi-channel user acquisition (UA) campaigns to drive installs and engagement.
Optimize campaigns across major ad platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Ads.
Collaborate with external creative agencies to develop high-performing video and static ad assets.
Partner with App Store Optimization (ASO) agencies to optimize app store listings (metadata, icons, screenshots).
Act as the primary performance marketing lead for internal stakeholders, aligning paid strategies with game updates, seasonal events, and brand initiatives.
Monitor daily campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and leadership reports.
Collaborate with Games Marketing, Paid Social, Product, and Organic Social teams to align on campaign strategy and creative direction.
Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
Experience in mobile gaming or app-based marketing environments
Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Ads
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer
Experience interpreting ASO data and improving app store discoverability
Ability to analyze creative performance and provide data-driven feedback to design teams
Strong communication skills with experience managing external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders Preferred Skills
Familiarity with SKAdNetwork (SKAN) and Privacy Sandbox measurement frameworks
Understanding of incrementality testing and conversion lift methodologies
Experience managing international or localized marketing campaigns
Knowledge of Apple App Store and Google Play Store algorithm differences
Strong interest in the gaming industry and player behavior
