On behalf of a leading legal practice with a proud heritage, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team at their Kettering office. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work with long‑standing clients while also driving growth through business development and networking initiatives.
Salary circa £55,000
Working hours Monday to Friday; 8:45am to 5:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing a substantial and varied caseload of commercial property matters and related transactions
Developing and maintaining strong, long‑term professional relationships with clients
Acting proactively to meet client needs and delivering exceptional service
Providing support to partners and the wider firm when required
Required Skills and Experience:
Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with extensive post‑qualification experience
Proven track record of outstanding billing performance
Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and personable approach
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Business development experience and a proactive approach
