Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/) and drive specialized data scraping workflows within our hybrid AI + human system.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide the critical thinking, domain expertise, and layout skills necessary to turn briefs and rough drafts into clean, on‑brand, and easy‑to‑ship web‑ready designs.

This part‑time remote opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with hands‑on experience in UI/web design, marketing pages, and digital visual communications.

About The Role
As a Presentation Designer, you will focus on storytelling and visual hierarchy. You will utilize various tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite or Figma to create compelling, highly persuasive slides and one‑pagers.

Key Responsibilities

Design high‑stakes pitch decks and professional one‑pagers tailored for specific audiences.

Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy.

Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency.

Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate‑meets‑creative style across all deliverables.

Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.

Requirements

At least 1‑2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields (plus).

Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks.

Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts.

Ability to translate complex data and multi‑level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.

Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.

English proficiency: Upper‑intermediate (B2) or above (required).

Additional Requirements

Hands‑on experience creating high‑end, premium corporate‑meets‑creative style layouts.

Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfection.

Self‑directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
