Paid Ads Specialist
Smartdept. is searching for a Paid Ads Specialist for a marketing agency client. The ideal candidate will come with 2+ years of experience. This is a part-time, fully remote, ongoing contract opportunity with approximately 10 hours per month. This role will support paid media efforts across multiple client accounts, working closely with leadership to execute, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing campaigns independently in a remote environment. What You'll Do:
Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve results Assist with audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing Track and report on key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, and conversions Collaborate with leadership on campaign strategy and execution Ensure campaigns align with client goals, timelines, and overall marketing objectives What You'll Need:
2+ years of experience managing paid social and/or search campaigns Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Strong communication and organizational skills Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment Familiarity with campaign reporting tools and dashboards Experience scaling campaigns and improving ROI
