
E-Commerce & Digital Growth Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce & Digital Growth Specialist with experience in premium or luxury beauty. You should have worked with brands comparable to UBeauty or similar, and understand how to build, optimize, and scale a high-end DTC experience.
This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, marketing, and brand strategy. You will be responsible for driving online revenue, improving conversion, and elevating the digital experience to match a luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Management
Own and optimize the Shopify store end-to-end (PDPs, collections, bundles, UX)
Improve conversion rate through testing, data analysis, and UX refinement
Manage product launches, merchandising, and on-site storytelling
Growth & Performance
Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies (paid, organic, retention)
Work closely with Meta, Google, and email/SMS channels to scale revenue
Analyze performance metrics (CVR, AOV, CAC, LTV) and continuously optimize
Translate brand positioning into high-performing digital experiences
Plan and execute landing pages optimized for both conversion and AI/SEO visibility
Align content, campaigns, and site experience into one cohesive strategy
Creative & Content Direction
Collaborate with creative teams on PDP visuals, campaigns, and ad creatives
Guide messaging, structure, and storytelling for a premium audience
Ensure consistency across website, ads, and email
Retention & CRM
Build and optimize email/SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment)
Increase customer lifetime value through smart retention strategies
Segment audiences and personalize communication
Requirements
3–6+ years experience in e-commerce, ideally within beauty or luxury skincare
Proven experience working with brands similar to UBeauty, Augustinus Bader, or similar premium DTC brands
Deep understanding of performance marketing and analytics
Strong eye for design, branding, and premium positioning
Experience with tools like Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads Manager
Ability to think both strategically and execute hands‑on
