Your Team Reporting to the SVP of Product, you will join Evertune’s product design team as the second designer, complementing our existing expertise in UX, data visualization, and information-dense product experiences.
Your Role As a product designer with strong visual design sensibilities, you will shape a cohesive experience across Evertune’s AI discovery platform and primary marketing website, maintaining a high bar for UI craft, visual quality, and polish.
You will own the marketing website and overall visual brand identity, extending the user experience from the homepage into the core product suite, working on AI, search, content, and digital visibility interfaces.
Responsibilities
Own and improve key product experience areas, focusing on UI craft and visual polish.
Design high-quality interfaces across dashboards, workflows, navigation systems, reporting experiences, and other user-facing surfaces.
Build cohesion between product and web, evolving a unified visual language across touchpoints.
Improve core product experiences through thoughtful work on flows, navigation, structure, and interaction design.
Partner with product and engineering to turn ideas into clear, shippable experiences.
Apply meticulous detail to typography, iconography, animations, layout, spacing, badges, and interaction patterns.
Refine both new design work and existing experiences, identifying inconsistencies and visual flatness.
Support web and marketing design where it aligns with product experience, design system, and overall brand.
Use AI tools thoughtfully in the design process, applying strong judgment to their output.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to ensure product, website, email, and slide templates feel polished and aligned.
Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with tight feedback loops and frequent shipping.
Requirements
4–7 years of product design experience, ideally at a fast-moving startup or growth-stage tech company.
Robust portfolio demonstrating visual design strength: polished UI, typography, layout, hierarchy, and overall product craft.
Strong UX instincts for designing effective experiences across flows, navigation, structure, and interaction patterns.
Attention to detail and consistency across complex user-facing surfaces.
Ability to work across product, web, and marketing design.
Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality work.
High AI fluency and a track record of using AI tools in design workflows.
Hands‑on experience with emerging AI design tools, including image generation and concept exploration tools.
Elevated visual taste with strong sense of when interfaces feel flat, inconsistent, cluttered, or under‑designed.
Comfortable in a high‑velocity environment with shifting priorities and tight feedback loops.
Based in New York City and available to work in‑office 3 × week at the Flatiron location.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for AI‑native products, analytics tools, or other information-dense software.
Experience spanning product interfaces and web or marketing experiences in the same role.
Experience contributing to or extending design systems across multiple surfaces.
Interest in AI search, digital discovery, content intelligence, or related spaces shaping how brands are found online.
Experience with Figma and Webflow, and comfortable using data as feedback into design impact.
