Summary Of Position
This role is responsible for producing premium visual assets that align with high-level creative visions. The Lead Photographer/Videographer will master lighting, framing, and timing while partnering with art directors, stylists, and production crews to deliver high-impact imagery that elevates brand storytelling and exceeds client goals.
Responsibilities
Technical Execution: Deliver high-end photography and video content that meets rigorous quality standards and deadline requirements.
Creative Alignment: Develop an expert-level understanding of brand-specific visual styles, ensuring every shot reflects the client’s preferred composition and lighting aesthetics.
Team Leadership: Act as a technical mentor and director for other photographers on the account, ensuring all output remains consistent with technical specifications and client expectations.
Asset Management: Oversee digital workflows, including the organization of photo libraries, secure file storage, and comprehensive asset management.
Innovation & Research: Continuously explore and implement emerging camera techniques, lighting setups, and software advancements to solve complex creative problems.
Studio Stewardship: Manage the maintenance, inventory, and organization of the studio space and high-end equipment to ensure an efficient, professional working environment.
Qualifications
Technical Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in professional photography and videography equipment and post-production software.
Creative Portfolio: A diverse and compelling portfolio that demonstrates high-level creative ability and technical versatility.
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to guide creative teams and manage artistic direction for high-volume accounts.
Adaptability: Experience working effectively under pressure and the stamina to manage demanding production schedules and long shoot days.
Collaboration: A positive, professional approach to client interactions and a strong ability to integrate creative feedback into the final product.
Problem Solving: A natural ability to evaluate technical challenges and evolve workflows to improve output quality.
