This position requires someone with a keen eye for cohesive brand identity, layout, design, and overall corporate messaging. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented high achiever looking to thrive in a face-paced environment and enjoy a strong company culture and camaraderie. This is an onsite position based in Rye, New YorkKey Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Create compelling designs for digital and print marketing brochures and the other occasional marketing pieces utilizing Adobe Creative SuiteCollaborate with various departments to create graphic material, sophisticated PowerPoints or entire presentationsCreate high-end designs both customized and within brand guidelinesProvide strategic graphic design support for our internal clientsCreate design template in both Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint to be used by all stakeholdersUtilize demographic software such as Regis to incorporate within marketing collateralAssists with strategizing, designing, and producing visual communicationsAssist in creating large scale graphics for industry conventions as well as attend (travel required)Assist Director in coordination and logistics of industry related conventions as well as attend (travel required)Create corporate


with various organizationsManage projects from conceptualization to productionMaintain elevated level of knowledge and skill with all software related to the design and production of graphicsMaintain an awareness of current software and technical innovations to ensure approach and content meet or exceed industry standardCreate and update static and digital graphicsTake full ownership and day to day project management of assigned workManage multiple, time-sensitive, projectsUpholds and strives to innovate within brand guidelines and established operational proceduresQualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years prior design/graphics experience, preferably in a corporate environment.Commercial Real Estate industry marketing/graphics a plusAdvanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and Microsoft Power Point is a mustHas an excellent understanding of print and assembly productions and has experience in developing complete specifications and reviewing proofsProven ability to provide creative marketing solutions upon receiving project briefPositive attitude and always seeks to better our team, striving to add value each dayExcellent and effective verbal and written communication skillsWorks well under pressurePossession of excellent service orientation, responsiveness, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail, quality, and accuracySkills and experience necessary to produce original and custom layoutsExperience with designing within company brand guidelinesWorks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and consistently demonstrates an elevated level of organizational skills and customer serviceA robust design portfolio demonstrating skills in the above-mentioned software applicationsExperience with HTML, Joomla or CMS a plus, but not requiredSelf-motivated and confident in your planning and organizational skillsWorks enthusiastically in a team atmosphere, promoting collaboration and idea sharing verbally and through actionExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of managementBachelor’s degree requiredCAD experience a plus, but not requiredProvide 5-10 portfolio pieces showcasing InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Power PointThe base salary compensation range for this role reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000.Employees may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary bonus program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.Acadia Realty is an Equal Opportunity Employer -
