Responsibilities How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)
As a Marketing Graphic Designer you will contribute to the creation, upkeep, redesign of customer facing videos, website, graphics, social media, printed literature, and visual representation of the brand. You will enhance the brand identity by creating visually compelling graphics and videos, support marketing campaigns by bolstering visual representation, assist sales by providing updated tools, and help create cohesive marketing efforts to support growth.
What you can expect in this role Job Responsibilities
Graphic design tasks including updating old content to newer, visually appealing designs while staying within brand guidelines
Support of new product lines and expansion of legacy products
Create content for website and social media channels
Identify and evaluate improvement options
Tradeshow design and implementation; graphic creation, layouts, themes
Create sales tools in the form of literature and videos
2. Marketing
Assist with website maintenance, sales literature, and documentation requirements for the organization
Collaborate with representative organizations and internal sales staff to improve the functionality of public and representative websites
Take ownership of social media channels
Execute small marketing campaigns and track outcomes
3. Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen market positioning
Communicate with representatives to understand wants and needs in support of product and field support
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates
Qualifications Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Required Experience
1+ years of design, marketing, sales, or customer relations experience
Proven graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Basic understanding of marketing principles, especially in a B2B manufacturing context
Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data
Clear and concise writing
Effective communication across various personality types and settings
Present information and respond to questions tactfully
Web graphic design, UI/UX planning, multimedia content development, and related tools
Strong competence with website and social media platforms (e.g., WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Creative, with high degree of initiative
Knowledge of sales, business and marketing processes
Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Problem solving and data manipulation skills
Education & Certifications Associates or Bachelor's in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or Business field
Travel & Working Environment Office environment
