What You’ll Do

Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.

Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity toward customers and coworkers.

Act as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers, using in‑depth training to recommend innovative solutions.

Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.

Use marketing tools to drive new business development.

Inspect interior and exterior commercial properties – training provided.

Make recommendations to customers about pest solutions, address questions, and set expectations for peace of mind.

Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and maintain organization.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

No experience required; sales experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification (company paid).

Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.

Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA‑compliant respirators.

Work in various weather conditions.
