Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential customers and business partners through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
Conduct cold calls, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.
Negotiate and close deals with resellers, distributors, and individual customers.
Handle objections effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
Account Management & Retention
Upsell and cross-sell skincare products to maximize revenue.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support.
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in skincare, beauty, or FMCG).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience in B2B and B2C sales, including handling resellers and distributors.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales and marketing-related software tools.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
