Develop and execute a national consultant and intermediary sales strategy to expand referral pipelines and accelerate revenue growth. Drive consultant‑influenced and consultant‑sourced opportunities through all phases of the sales funnel—from lead generation to deal closure. Partner with global and national sales teams, as well as the country heads to ensure consultant engagement directly supports quota attainment and revenue targets. Consultant & Intermediary Relationship Management Own executive‑level relationships across major consulting firms, advisory networks, industry influencers, and niche intermediaries. Conduct regular engagement meetings, capability briefings, and opportunity reviews to ensure strong alignment between consultants and internal sales teams. Position the company as a preferred provider through targeted outreach, and joint account planning. Market Positioning & Thought Leadership Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales enablement to deliver compelling consultant‑facing content, case studies, sales collateral, and national webinar or event programs. Represent the company at consultant summits, industry conferences, and intermediary‑sponsored events to enhance brand presence and demand generation. Work cross‑functionally with service line leaders, sales executives, and product teams to tailor value propositions for consultant and intermediary channels. Provide training and playbooks to the sales organization on how to effectively partner with consultants and leverage influence networks to win deals. Funnel consultant insights—competitive intelligence, industry trends, client challenges—back into product strategy and sales planning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
