Over the past decade, the company has expanded its platform through multiple fund launches, tailored mandates and is known for its disciplined investment approach, close client relationships and ability to build innovative solutions.

Job Description

  • Growing opportunities and originating business among new and existing institutional clients in Switzerland
  • Proactive business development, with cold-calls and actively participating at networking events, conferences, and associations.
  • Extensive filtering and classification of the database in order to target suitable investors for various existing and new products.
  • Deepening investor relations at all levels, including full understanding of the decision-making process.
  • Covering all aspects of the sales process to ensure successful onboarding and closing.
  • Holding constant contact with investment teams, investor relations and staying up to date on product content.
  • Offering guidance, acting as sparring partner of clients and prospects and presenting solutions
  • Involvement in RFPs, RFIs, and other sales requests.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree or equivalent, a CFA is an advantage
  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development
  • Active professional network in Switzerland or Germany with institutional investors
  • Strong business development skills in fundraising, institutional sales within asset management with a preference in private markets
  • Ability to identify, segment, and prioritise investor targets through structured database research and market mapping.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, from initial sourcing through due‑diligence support, onboarding, and successful closing.
  • Confident in acting as a strategic sparring partner to clients, providing insights and solution‑oriented guidance.
  • Experience preparing and coordinating RFPs, RFIs, and other institutional documentation.
  • Strong presentation skills and willingness to represent the firm at industry conferences, roadshows, and client events.
  • High degree of autonomy, professionalism and initiative in expanding industry visibility and developing commercial opportunities.
  • Native German speaker with strong communication skills; fluency in English is an advantage.
