The Role
We're looking for a Head of Marketing who wants to build something historic. Not manage a playbook. Build the category from scratch.
You'll own the entire marketing engine, consumer and professional, brand and performance, paid and organic. This role defines how Individual AI shows up in the world, from the words we use to the stories we tell to the way people feel when they encounter the brand for the first time. You'll work directly with the CEO and executive team, shaping how the world comes to understand what Individual AI means with creative ownership, real resources, and the room to execute at the highest level.

- Orchestratethehardlaunchasacoordinatedwaveacrossprofessionalcontent,press,social,events,andpaid
- Setcreativedirectionacrosseverytouchpoint:website,ads,social,eventmaterials,prosumercollateral,email.Nothingshipswithoutyourfingerprint.

What We’re Looking For

- Strongeditorialinstinct.Youknowwhatgreatcopy,greatcreative,andgreatstorytellinglooklike,andyoucanholdateamtothatstandard.
- PRfluency.You'vebuiltmediarelationships,managedlaunchnarratives,andhandledtoughpresscycles.
- Datasciencemindsetwiththeabilitytotranslateinsightsintoaction,notjustreports
- Analyticallyrigorous,fluentindata,andabletomakeresourceallocationdecisionsbasedonwhat'sworking

The expected base compensation for this position is below. Our total compensation package for full‑time employees includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
$180,000 - $225,000 USD
