Area Sales Director - Responsibilities
Supports DSD (direct store delivery) sales and ID (Independent Distributors) efforts. The Area Sales Director manages customer relationships, engages in sales activities, grows the customer base, seeks new selling opportunities, and tracks sales data. Builds and maintains solid relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution in the market. Utilizes digital tools to demonstrate execution wins and identify opportunities for continued growth. Works with the Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities, maximizing sales while adjusting strategies based on consumer insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales (experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
Essential Job Requirements
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
- Valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: $69,856.35 – $77,209.65 per year. Benefits include comprehensive health and medical coverage, 401(k) retirement savings plan, professional growth and leadership training, paid vacation, holidays, and parental leave.
