We’re hiring a Director, Audience Sales — the first dedicated commercial lead for our digital advertising audience business, reporting directly to our CEO.
We operate syndicated person-based intent segments across The Trade Desk and LiveRamp , with plans to expand into additional DSP marketplaces in 2026. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role today with a clear path to owning this business unit as it scales.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- GTM strategy for syndicated audience growth across DSP marketplaces
- Segment pricing, taxonomy, and optimization inside marketplace UIs (TTD, LiveRamp)
- Custom curated audience development with holding company agencies and enterprise in‑house media teams
- Evaluating and onboarding new DSP marketplace partnerships
YOU’RE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE
- Hands‑on experience inside The Trade Desk Data Marketplace or LiveRamp Data Store — not just sold programmatically, but managed segments, pricing, and performance
- Deep familiarity with person‑based targeting, intent data, and audience monetization
- 7+ years in digital advertising, data sales, or programmatic with an audience or data product focus
- A team player who moves fast and is ready to be part of a hyper‑growth startup company!
