What You’ll Own

  • Lead and grow relationships with banks and credit unions
  • Translate business goals into clear, executable marketing strategy
  • Drive integrated campaigns across digital, direct mail, and data-driven channels
  • Ensure every initiative ties back to measurable growth (accounts, deposits, loans)
  • Identify opportunities before the client does—and act on them
  • Elevate creative, strategy, and analytics into one cohesive story

What You Bring

  • 5-7+ years in marketing, with direct financial services experience (banking or credit union)
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Deposit growth strategies
    • Loan acquisition
    • Customer segmentation and targeting
  • Ability to connect strategy → execution → results
  • Confidence to lead conversations with senior client stakeholders
  • A bias toward action
